Paul Mitchell Blonde Synchro Lift Ultra Quick Blue Powder Lightner is a fragrance free, gentle hair lightening powder. Created to be used by all hair types, and allow for up to 9 levels of lift. Rich in shea butter to help leave hair soft, conditioned, and prevent excess damage. This is a dust free formula. Can be used on hair and scalp. Ingredients for this product include Potato Starch, Mineral Oil, Sodium Silicate, and Ammonium Persulfate. How to use: Before using on hair, complete a strand test. For on scalp application, the mixing ratio is 1 scoop of the blue powder lift with 2 oz of cream developer. Mix well until you get a cream consistency. Do not exceed 20 volume cream developer of on scalp. For off scalp, also use 1 scoop of the blue powder lift with 2 oz of cream developer. Developer can vary from 5, 10, 20, 30, or 40 cream developer for off scalp use. Also mix until you get a cream consistency. Check hair every 5 minutes during use to see progress. Rinse with lukewarm water. Shampoo and condition as usual.
