In Collaboration with UNICEF, Wella has created the Wella-UNICEF Making Waves program. Founded in 2010 the program offers funding for education to youth that would otherwise not have the opportunity to pay schooling. The program has raised millions of dollars, utilizing a percentage of all Wella Haircare sales. Wella-UNICEF Making Waves brings together master hairstylists together with impoverished youth that want to learn the trade.
