Domestic Shipping
Beautyvice takes the utmost pride in their shipping systems. We have trained our shipping staff on packaging each purchase with care and special attention to assuring that it is received it perfect condition. We offer Free Standard Domestic Shipping within the United States via USPS and Fed-Ex. All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will go out on that same day. Orders that are received after 12:00 PM EST will go out the next day. We ship Monday Through Friday, with orders generally arriving within 3-4 days of being shipped. We offer a variety of upgraded shipping as well, ranging from Expedited Shipping same day via Priority Mail, 2nd Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping. All shipping confirmations are sent via email along with tracking information so that you may keep track your package. During checkout, you have the option of providing your cellphone number for updates via text message. We take great care in preparing all orders carefully. Our shipping staff double checks all orders for accuracy and images are taken as well in case you have any questions after receiving the order. We understand that 3rd party carriers are not always the gentlest when handling packages and with that in mind, our packaging is carefully configured for each SKU we carry. This assures that your order will most likely arrive in pristine condition and will endure the harsh treatment at the hands of these carriers. If for any reason, your package arrives damaged, please follow the instructions on the insert placed in your package. This will assure lightning fast customer service.
International Orders
International orders may take up to 8 weeks. International shipping speeds will depend on the country the package is being shipped to and the type of service selected during checkout. Through years of experience with international shipping, we have found that Australia, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Japan, The Netherlands, South Korea, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, and Luxembourg, provide excellent and expeditious service for international packages. All other countries, you may experience varied levels of delays due to local customs and postal system efficiencies. Requests for Express Mail International Service that are received before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day and received in country within 2 business days. Local Customs Authorities do from time to time delay packages that are sent Express Mail International, and we therefore cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within 2 days if this does occur. You are responsible for any local taxes that may be added once the package arrives in your country, our prices do not include duties or customs charges.
