Customers may elect to upgrade to Expedited service for a small upcharge in order to guarantee their order ships same day. Domestic orders processed with our free domestic shipping option generally arrive in 7-10 days. International orders can take anywhere from 10 days to up to 8 weeks to arrive depending the country being shipped to and the service selected. From our experience, Australia, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Japan, The Netherlands, South Korea, New Zealand, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Finland, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, & Spain have excellent postal systems and packages arrive fairly quickly. Requests for Express Mail International service received before 3PM EST M-F are shipped same day and are received in country within 2 days. Your local Customs Authorities can and generally do delay the Express Mail Service delivery. Express Mail International shipments are not a guarantee that you will receive your order in 2 days.
