Return Policies

Our Returns Policy is created to assure our customers are always satisfied with their purchases. We offer a “No Questions Asked Return Policy”, if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund. We certainly do not want you to have to keep a product that you are not 100% satisfied with, and therefore will be glad to either exchange your purchase or refund your purchase free of charge. We accept returns up to 60 days from order date. Simply contact us via email using our customer service email address. Just type customerservice onto your email client and then add @beautyvice.com. Our apology for not providing the address in one link but for your security and ours, we avoid full email addresses on our site. Unfortunately, spammers scan our pages for email addresses they can use for spamming purposes. You may also text at 305-904-0553 or via our customer service line at 888-909-9950. We will provide a prepaid label via email for all return requests. Once you receive your prepaid label, all you have to do is drop it in the mail. Upon receipt of your return, we will either exchange it for a replacement or we will refund you in full. Up to you. As an added convenience, we provide prepaid return labels for your returns. For International returns, we do not provide return labels. International buyers that wish to return a product, can do so but will have to bear the cost for return shipping. For refunds relating to products arriving damaged, we will require an image of the damaged products and packaging prior to processing the damage claim. For orders in which a replacement is required due to damage or other issues, a image via text or email is required. NOTE: Returns must be in unused condition. We do not accept returns for unsealed, opened, or used products.

Some products may not have instructions in English in which case we will upon request, provide you with a translated version of the instructions. Finally, products offered by us are eligible for any rebate offered by the manufacturer. 

We do suggest that you keep your tracking information so that you can track your package as it arrives to our PO Box. Our returns department is open Monday-Friday. Therefore packages that are received Saturdays or Friday after 12:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next Monday.
