Dermalogica Skin Exfoliant System is an enzyme-based AHA exfoliation system designed to treat acne-prone skin with excessive oil production. Dermalogica�s Skin Exfoliant System is a unique, professional-use exfoliant that offers an advanced combination of exfoliating ingredients, including alpha hydroxyl acid, fruid enzymes, salicylic acid and sulfur. These ingredients found naturally in molasses, sour milk, fruits and willow bark diminish the cohesion of surface skin cells, help prevent thickening of the stratum corneum, and leave the skin retexturized and smoother. This is a two-part exfoliation system comprised of an enzyme power base and a liquid acid activator. Enzymatic Base, Part A has active enzymes of bromelain and papain which digest the protein of dead skin cells, leaving the skin surface smooth and refined. Acidic Activator, Part B has a base of lactic acid, salicylic acid and sulfur to gently and thoroughly detach the surface cells, stimulating new cell renewal.
