The perfect ready to use neutralizer is formulated with a water based formula for all skin types. Helps to soothe irritated skin, neutralize skin after peels and bring your skin back to its regular PH levels. How to use: Apply two droppers full of solution onto hands and apply to skin by gently padding solution with fingers. Allow to sit until sensation from peel or irritation stops.
